An individual’s dysfunctional relationship with food is often the precursor to chronic illness that results in premature death. Chef Shawn supports the development of culinary knowledge within the community in an effort to circumvent the negative impact of the educational gap.
His goal is to educate the community on to take the same food items that have been damaging our bodies and learn to prepare them a in a way that does not destroy the nutritional value and gives the body a fighting chance of healing itself through the power of food. “
