Reservation details: the names, dietary or allergy notes, email, and phone number you provide for each seat. Inquiry details: information you submit through our contact or waiting-list forms. Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number, and Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy and security terms. Basic technical data: standard website information that our hosting and site platforms may collect.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to process and confirm reservations, to prepare for and host the Experience (including accommodating dietary needs), to respond to inquiries, to manage the waiting list, and to send you messages related to your booking.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information only as needed with the service providers that help us operate — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure reservation storage), and our email provider — and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. DATA RETENTION
We keep reservation and inquiry records for as long as necessary for the Experience, our business records, and our legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential messages, by emailing info@rakkasanchef.com.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Site and the Experience are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
